Dedalos is a small, independent brewery rooted in the Mirabello area (Agios Nikolaos), in Eastern Crete.
We create modern, easy-drinking beers inspired by local ingredients, Mediterranean character, and a passion for honest craftsmanship.

From our base in Selles, we focus on quality over quantity—brewing beers that belong at the Cretan table, alongside good food, good company, and long summer evenings.
